Volunteer Network OC is proud to introduce three new board members: Mark McMahon, Mai Sirimanne and Cody Paningsoro. We are so excited to have them all join the VNOC team.
Mark McMahon and his wife, Yuko, own Home Brand Properties. Mark and Yuko are realtors, landlords and home rehab specialists. Yuko also does interior design as well as landscape design.
In recent years their company has also shifted to help the senior community by providing home safety products, allowing them to stay in their homes longer. When they are no longer able to live at home, Mark and Yuko will help with real estate solutions.
Mark believes in Volunteer Network OC’s dedication to helping everyone. He appreciates diversity and looks forward to continuing to make a difference, not only through his work, but through helping those in need in the community. Mark loves that Volunteer Network OC Makes Volunteering Easy!
Cody Paningsoro is a financial advisor and Certified Financial Planner for Stifel in Newport Beach. Cody graduated from Cal State Fullerton. He majored in Business Administration with an emphasis on finance and a minor in economics. He always knew he wanted to work in the financial field. When I asked Cody about why he chose to serve on the Volunteer Network OC board, he said that being born and raised in Orange County, he wants to make an impact in his community. He has always admired volunteering and wants to be involved in helping many people at one time. He appreciates that Volunteer Network OC makes it easy to volunteer and is looking forward to helping in any way he can.
Mai Sirimanne has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development across various therapeutic areas involving neuromuscular and cardiovascular disorders, as well as infectious and rare genetic diseases. Mai received her BS in Biology from the University of California, Irvine and her MBA from Loyola Marymount University. Mai currently lives in Orange County with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys reading, hiking and traveling the world with her family. Mai grew up in Orange County. I asked why she wanted to serve on the Volunteer Network OC board. She told me that volunteering to help others has always been important in her life. She has volunteered since she was a child and has passed this on to her children. Mai has some time now, as her position as a consultant has paused for a bit. She would like to use her professional skills to explore new endeavors in the volunteering arena and help make a difference in her community.
We are so excited to work with Mark, Cody and Mai.
