Mission

Our collaboration with Vista Community Clinic (VCC) and The Gary Center will integrate both of its high quality services and programs into one medical home, providing primary care, dental and behavioral health services to its community. We can ensure all individuals and families receive excellent health care by providing affordable and individualized services.
